Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy explains how Darwin Technologies, LLC ("Darwin," "we," or "us") handles personal information through darwin-tech.ai, Darwin products, and related services. When Darwin processes a customer's connected business data under an agreement, that customer controls the data and Darwin acts as its service provider or processor.

Information we collect

Website inquiries

When you request a walkthrough, we collect your name, work email, company, employee range, and the workflow or operational friction you describe. We may also collect your title, the page that produced the inquiry, referring page, and campaign parameters included in the URL.

Product and account information

Depending on the services you use, we may process account and contact details, authentication and authorization records, support communications, transaction information, device and browser information, IP address, security logs, usage records, and data from systems you authorize Darwin to connect.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries, prepare a tailored walkthrough, and maintain the resulting business relationship.
• Provide, secure, support, and improve the services.
• Authenticate users, enforce permissions, prevent abuse, and investigate security events.
• Process transactions and administer customer agreements.
• Comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

Darwin does not sell personal information or use customer business data for third-party advertising.

Website measurement and cookies

The marketing site does not currently deploy nonessential analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies. Standard network and security data may still be processed to deliver and protect the site. If Darwin adds nonessential measurement or advertising technology, we will update this notice and implement consent controls where required before activating it.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to infrastructure and hosting providers, CRM and business-operations providers, scheduling and communications providers, security and monitoring providers, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. These providers may process information only for the services they supply to Darwin or as otherwise permitted by law. We may also disclose information in connection with a corporate transaction.

Security and international processing

Darwin uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information processed. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where Darwin or its providers operate, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Retention

Website inquiries and related business communications are retained for three years. User account data is retained for the duration of the active account and 90 days after deactivation. Connected customer data is retained as defined in the applicable data processing agreement, with a default of 90 days after contract termination where the agreement does not specify otherwise. Other records are retained according to Darwin's approved retention schedule and applicable legal or contractual requirements. When a retention period expires, information is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or obtain a portable copy of personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications using the link in the message. To make a request, email privacy@darwin-tech.ai. Darwin's internal response standard is 30 calendar days, subject to applicable law. We verify the requestor's identity and may direct requests concerning customer-controlled data to that customer.

Children

The services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the services.

Changes and contact
